New York’s Finger Lakes are practically in our backyard so we’ve been enjoying day and weekend trips to the region’s glacial-formed lakes, rivers, gorges, and wineries over the past few years. The rich land and climate here is not only great for outdoor recreation, but is conducive to growing quality grapes and hops that the next generation of restauranteurs, winemakers, brewmasters, and distillers are producing delicious cuisine, wines, beers, and spirits right here in WNY.
